Below a set of exceptional Lithographed Postcards "printed" by I. V. SOCECU Bucharest in 1899 to celebrate passing between 1899 and 1900.
Both Lithographed Postcards used as a printing support the Ear of Wheat "5 Bani " Green Postcard (Mi. No 27), and had the same value "5 BANI", enough to send your wishes in-country.
In order to send wishes abroad, an additional 5 BANI surcharge had to be applied using existing Ear of Wheat stamp combinations.
